A Regency Collection Revisited 2; inspired by Three Regency Ladies, and Exploration in Bobbin Lace - Angela Brown, Jean Mary Eke

Publisher : Jean Mary Eke Publishing (30 April 2012)
ISBN-13 : 978-0957125100
A Regency Collection Revisited 2; inspired by Three Regency Ladies, and Exploration in Bobbin Lace by Angela Brown, Jean Mary Eke
This little book of lace patterns is built around the idea of lace for Jane Austen, her sister Cassandra and Princess Charlotte of Wales; the daughter of the Prince Regent.

A basic knowledge of Honiton and Bucks point is assumed in order to work these pieces

This is the second book in this two book series; revisited #1
I have a soft spot for these two books as I'm related to Jane Austen
What works well?
  • The booklet is scattered through with tippets of information and colour photos.
Anything that we need to take into consideration?
  • The book also includes a recipe for Souse to try
  • This book is out of print

I'm the lace bee and these are my books

With currently over 300 books and about the same number of individual patterns, I have an enviable library.  So here are some of my books.

You can see all of the titles by opening up the archives or by clicking on the categories which I've used to group by authors, language and lace types

I am very grateful to the lace gumnuts of Australia for permission to quote and link their reviews to this site.
